The Agricultural Land Trust currently owns 24,233 hectares of rural property located in areas recognised for reliable rainfall and productive soil profiles. The book value of the Trust’s properties as at 30 June 2009 approximated $105 million.

The Trust’s property portfolio is geographically diversified (refer figure 1 & figure 2 below).

The Trust’s portfolio has also been structured to provide diversification in relation to the maturity profiles of its property leases (refer figure 3 below).
