The Agricultural Land Trust currently owns approximately 23,000 hectares of rural property located in Western Australia, Victoria and Queensland in areas recognised for reliable rainfall and productive soil profiles.

The Trust’s property portfolio is geographically diversified (refer figure 1 & figure 2 below).

The Trust’s portfolio has also been structured to provide diversification in relation to the maturity profiles of its property leases (refer figure 3 below).
